  1. Fred, I miss your massive amount of stats. Give God a hug up there, you helped us and this is for you!
  2. I'm getting married in Jan with no time for honeymoon because i am a teacher like Vance. Perhaps a spring break trip to spring training would be perfect!
  3. My cable network horsefeathered up and didn't have the game on the guide. I had to record 6 different shows to have the game fully recorded.
  4. I know we rode him like a horse, but I wanna resign Chapman. He's a part of this.
  5. Divine intervention for Grandpa Rossy in game 7. Had to get one post in the game thread. Back to lurking again!
  6. I rarely if ever have posted since I found this board over 10 years ago. I enjoy the discussion and the insight many of you provide on a regular basis. This is my main source for Cubs information and am truly grateful for this community. I just don't have much time to read as much as I want let alone post on a consistent basis. Lifelong Cubs fan that used to go to Wrigley every summer as a kid growing up in Florida. I always wanted to visit the grandparents so I could get to a game. GO CUBS!!
  7. Why is Randy Wells so good? He looked very confident from the get go. He has average stuff and no velocity. However, he just keeps getting outs.
  8. Welcome to the club Mul, 3 more to catch up. Rotator cuff has a longer healing time though. The best news is it is non-throwing shoulder.
  9. Having had 5 shoulder surgeries I'm going to say he has a torn labrum. Pray his rotator cuff didn't tear. My last dislocation I tore rotator cuff off bone and in half, tore labrum off bone and partially tore biceps tendon. Can't swing for 6 months. Throwing is 10 months to a year out.
  10. Even if it only subluxed, he will be out at least a month. Good thing it wasn't throwing shouder, or it may be the season.
  11. Crap, that's a subluxation. It looks like it went back in. I dislocated mine sliding into second in Dec. Had major reconstruction as a result. Not good!
