Grady Sizemore - an appreciation.

Grady hit a HR for the third straight game this afternoon vs. the Pale Hose. I think he's my fave non-Cub.

 

Let's all just show our appreciation for this highly skilled, spirited ballplayer who is really fun to watch.

Well. Not to badmouth Grady's Ladies, but some of those photos make me grateful for the calibre of women who show up at Wrigley.

My whole family is from the Cleveland area so the Indians have been grandfathered in to the sports teams that I enjoy. And yes, Grady Sizemore is super awesome.

He's almost as good as Miguel Cabrera. Unlike Cabrera, he's on my most important fantasy team. Sizemore has a very good shot to be the MVP this season, and a good shot to be one of the best players in baseball from 2007-2012.

Montreal Expos trade Grady Sizemore, Cliff Lee, Brandon Phillips, and Lee Stevens to the Cleveland Indians for Bartolo Colon and Tim Drew.

 

 

this has to be one of the worst trades ever made. One of the best CF in the game, a pretty good lefthanded starter and an adequate 2B for 17 games of Bartolo Colon.

 

Then again, Travis Hafner for Einar Diaz is just as big of a heist.
