if it was only assault style rifles, and not assault rifles, who cares? That changes everything!

 

Meh. I'm not really bothered by the fact that he had or collects guns. Those types of weapons (i.e. AK-47, AR-15) can be obtained perfectly legally.

 

It's more the fact that he's dumb enough to illegally possess these weapons after already having been brought up on illegal weapons related charges in the not-so-distant pass that gets to me.

How could he be so stupid? He's jeapordizing everything. Man, that guy must not care about anything but himself. The entire team depending on him and he pulls this crap? Wow. Word is, he was caught because neighbors were deathly afraid due to the fact that he insisted on shooting these things right in his back yard.

 

That's completely [expletive]. Kids running around that neighborhood and everything.

Oddly enough, we're expecting the same type of weather at the same time on Sunday here in LA.

He had no clue what an "assault weapon" is. I enjoy his sarcasm, but maybe knowing what you're talking about first would be a good idea before imploying that method of communication. His post was 100% factually incorrect.

 

my post isn't 100% incorrect just because i'm not enough of a gun nut to distinguish between assault and assault-style. i was replying to the fact that you were upset because "democrat states" think people should have to have licenses to have guns. the assault factor, or lack thereof, plays a very small role.

 

also, stop acting like you enjoy my posts, you're killing my reputation.

Defensively, the Bears are far and away the best in the NFL against the pass. They are 7th in the NFL against the run (Minnesota is far and away the best there). I'm not too concerned about the defense overall, as they have performed consistently well throughout the year, surrendering decent yardage to very good offenses, and surrendering almost nothing to bad offenses.

 

As I heard in a quote earlier this week, it should be interesting to see if a team can score negative points. 31st ranked offense vs. the 1st ranked defense.

 

Even without Vasher and Tank, the D should be able to hold Tampa under 10 points.

 

I think so too. The Steelers did it at home without both their safeties. I would be disappointed if the game isn't easy. It may not be a blowout, but I think this game should be similar to the 2nd half of the Jets game. Run the ball 35 times. Playaction pass. Lots of slants, screens, and quickouts.

There are lots of rumors flying around involving Tank Johnson and the shooting. What we do know is that he was at the club where Posey got shot/murdered and he was there when it happened. We don't know for sure if/how Tank was involved. One rumor has it that Tank was involved in the fight before the shooting and that his posse didn't get patted down before entering the club (I doubt this).

 

Could this incident endanger his parole agian?

Lack of common sense? Given the police had just raided your residence and your convicted of unlawful firearm posession. I don't believe it was the wisest decision to follow that up with a visit to a nite club - where the possibility of fight or some other such nonsense occuring is very good.
