1. With a few exceptions (Resident Evil), Nintendo systems tend not to support M-Rated games (thus some people calling it too cartoony, a kiddie machine, etc.)

2. How can anyone say that Nintendo doesn't recycle games over and over? Most creative? How many versions of Mario Party, MarioKart, Mario Tennis, Mario Golf, Smash Brothers and Zelda do we need?

I'm sorry, Zelda is one of the greatest franchises of all time. Ocarina of Time is easily my favorite game of all-time. How many versions of GTA, Sonic, Halo, DOA, etc. do we need? You can say that about any of the three companies.

Zelda is indeed great. I've been playing them since the NES

As for your other questions:

Versions of Halo: 2

GTA: 4 (on this generation of consoles)

Sonic: Only one or two, and they've sucked since Dreamcast

DOA: no idea

Now I'm pretty sure that they had like 8 MarioParty's for the N64 alone, so....

Well, close enough. Mario Party 8 will come out for the Wii sometime next year. At the same time though, there have been 2 Smash Brothers games, and only 3 Mario Kart games, and probably only 2 or 3 of the golf and tennis games as well. There haven't been that many-they just seem like it.

Screw Bill Gates and screw XBox..He shouldve never entered the japanese market where he dosent belong...Eventhough Im playstation for life..Id buy an Nintendo product anyday over xbox...Plus Wii is rated number one right now over both..only 250.00 and a better lineup of games...

Rainbow Six and GOW make the 360 so damn tempting tho...

I haven't left my house on nights and weekends since I bougth GOW...I think my wife even moved out.

Have you tried the Wii. I personally have not, but I just get the feeling you would HAVE to try out their motion-sensing controllers/games to really know if it's for you. Like I said, I have not played any Wii, so I can't really make an objective comparison, but I have a 360 and love it quite much.

NCAA Football '07

College Hoops 2K7

Gears of War

Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter

Splinter Cell

^ - - - Some very solid games off the top my head.

Wii may eventually get a solid lineup of games out there (no reason to really assume they won't), but xbox already has.

So when do we find out what you chose?

(I'd pick Wii btw, just because form the people I've talked to the 360's improvemenets over the original X-box aren't really that noticeable... and Zelda, like everybody else is saying.)

PS3. Don't listen to the 360 fanboys.

Sorry, I couldn't help myself. For the record, I'm a Playstation guy, but there is a 360 in my place, and it's pretty damn cool.

After much waffling between PS3 and Wii, I'll be getting a PS3. Really 360 was never an option to me, because PS3 offers the same types of games, with a better overall system, and an online service you don't have to pay for.

The reason for a Wii was the completely different gameplay style, and my enjoyment of several franchises, primarily Metroid, and to a bit lesser degree Zelda. I still will probably end up with one at some point, but I'm going PS3 first.

Hate to spark this back up, but my friend brought over his Nintendo Wii last night, and a bunch of us played Wii Sports for like 4-5 hours. After playing the Wii, I have completely made a 180, and I would love love love to have a Nintendo Wii before any other video game system.

It is way too fun to pass up. For what it's worth.
