Pitt holds off Buffalo 70-67. The game was in Buffalo. Can't wait until Georgetown comes to Muncie next season.

I noticed today that Duke doesn't play a game away from Durham this year until the no-conference season starts. WTF? Way to pad that winning percentage K. Hard to imagine why you will get beat out early again this year.

I can't stand Duke as well, but that's not quite true. They played Air Force and Marquette at a neutral site, and the go to Gonzaga. And even though they play a ton of home games, they play Air Force, Marquette, Indiana, Gonzaga, Georgetown, George Mason, Holy Cross, and Davidson all before the ACC season. They aren't playing the Sisters of the Poor.

Well then Majerus lied today. He stated that there first road game would be in the ACC. They are not very good this year, I could easily see them playing .500 in conference.

The Gonzaga game is at MSG. Duke's first true road game is in Atlanta against Georgia Tech.

mizzou loses by a billion.

Would have liked to see it closer. Seems like they just fell apart in the second half and couldn't make a shot. Oh well. If its a home and home series, we will beat them at Mizzou Arena next year.

hopefully this is a reality check for them and they focus for 40 minutes against illinois

Ball State leads No. 22 Okie St 19-18 12 minutes into the game. :)

The Cowboys rip off a 17-4 run to send it to halftime at 35-23. :(

Butler down 12 to ISU.

I picked ISU to beat Butler today. Too bad I didn't gurantee it on here :(

And ISU wins, 72-64.

SIU leads Western Kentucky 42-35 with under 16 to play in the 2nd half.

Cards lose 75-56. Next up is Valparaiso who nearly beat Marquette (seriously, when does this gauntlet end?).

Yep. Majerus is telling the truth. The only non-conference road game Duke has this season is in MSG vs. St. John's (an annual game). And since MSG is Cameron Indoor II.....

HUGE win for SIU tonight. 75-70 over WKU in front of a raucous crowd. I'm amazed that our offense actually put up 75

Indiana up next Sunday at Bloomington. A win there and we could end the non-conference schedule at 10-1.

I'm going to say now that the IU-SIU game will end will less than 110 points combined. I have no idea who will win, but the defense played in that game may be incredible, with the best offense coming off of steals leading to transition baskets.

It's more than likely going to be very similar to the SIU-Arkansas game a couple of weeks ago.

We're off for 7 days, so hopefully our legs will be fresh.

It's our next game as well-should be a good one. I hope IU can get one good win in non-conference-they've played the close game twice now, but they need to finish one of these games.

Even Bilus, who attended Duke, made a comment about how ridiculous this is. They play midmajors on National Television. Nice recruiting advantage. Why wasn't OSU vs. Cleveland St on? I would much rather watch Oden than McRoberts.

OSU was on Comcast Sports Net out here.

But I do get your point.

Shhhh....don't tell Dickie V because he thinks Syracuse is the only team that does that.

Bilus is good, but I will never get over when he said that Deron Williams wouldn't even be among the ten best players in the ACC. Right before Illinois kicked the crap out of Wake Forest and Chris Paul.

He was wrong true, he should have said 20 best players in the ACC! :D

Hell why not 30. He might not have made the ACC in ESPN's mind since it is slightly better than the NBA. :pukel:

NU takes down the mighty Wheaton Thunder 41-39 after they survive a last second 3.

Yes, 41-39. Yes, Wheaton.

I tuned in with 13 minutes to go and NU was down 23-22 with 13 minutes to go.

This team does nothing but play to the level of their opponents.
