That was one of the best games I've ever seen the Bulls play, and that's counting the dynasty years. Just an absolutely unbelieveable game on both ends of the floor. Imagine if we shot just "ok" in the 1st quarter

Another Florida team in the Magic tomorrow. Hopefully more of the same :D

This team is good, scary good.

Don't get too excited. It's one game. But yes, the team certainly has carried over its confidence from last year, and if they start out well (unlike the last two years) they will be very competitive into the playoffs.

A better regular season leading to a better seed will definitely help their chances.

Looked at the Heat's schedules from all the way back to 1997-98 (as far as the site would let me).

No losses of 42 or more. :D

I realize it was against complete scrubs, but Thabo looked great tonight.

Paxson/Skiles is the best GM and coach combo in the league. I love where this team is headed in the next 10 years. Oh God I love the Bulls. Tyrus is incredibly fun to watch. He's like a cross between Shawn Marion and in-shape Shawn Kemp. Can't wait until he has some skill to compliment that athleticism.

One of you photoshop studs need to make a bulls graphic for the sig so I can steal it to use at other sites.

I will eat crow on the Tyrus Thomas pick.

I didn't like it in June....but watching him on the court...once this guy has a few seasons under his belt, he will be a premeir PF in the NBA.

He is so raw now, but yet can still hang with the pro's because he just has

so much damn talent.

just on csn...injury update on tyrus thomas...not good.....

:(

Broken nose, headed back to CHicago for a mask.

Darn. How long will he have to wear that thing? I hope he doesnt turn into Rick Hamilton and wear it the rest of his life.

Kinda suprised he broke his nose. There wasn't much blood so I thought he didn't. Regardless, he played great and has a promising future.

One more time, THANK YOU ISAIAH!

I'm pretty sure if you break a nose, it doesn't bleed.

I think he's probably going to have to wear it for 2-4 weeks. Nothing big though. He should really only miss tomorrow's game because he's getting the mask fitted. Here's hoping he'll be ready to go for the home opener.

Some Bears level domination from the Bulls. I can get used to that. I think I'll wait a few more games before getting my hopes up though... :)

And yet, that play didn't warrant a foul.-

Posey is such a cheap-shot artist. I'm still pissed about the body check he gave Hinrich in last year's playoff, and now runs his elbow high and breaks Tyrus' nose. I think he was the one who guided Tyrus into the basket support earlier in the game, too.

I try not to wish injury on anyone, but I'll make an exception in James' case. Bastard.

Yeah, I completely agree. I hope Posey gets what's coming to him.

Coming from someone who has broken his nose twice....uh no. When you break your nose, THERE IS A LOT OF BLOOD. Well, I guess it matters.

Your nose is not a barometer for others'.

I'm going to venture a guess and say that this sentence is not one that is frequently used.
