I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm starting to panic.

We're now the smallest team in the NBA and regularly giving up 100+ points per game. Add to that the fact we are a streaky shooting ballclub? This is not good.

That wasn't a foul.

Skiles lost this game for us. What was with that crappy rotation he had in the 2nd quarter when he took out Hinrich and put in guys like Khryapa and even SWEETNEY?!?!

He's trying to find some semblance of size, but there's nothing. It's a team of pip-squeaks in a league of monsters.

Yeah, but the travel was blatant.

Yep, it was. Very disappointing loss tonight.

I especially liked how the defense stepped it up the final 12 minutes, but otherwise sucked the first 36 minutes. Nice intensity, guys.

Time to spark up the Ben Gordon trade rumors plz.

You should post this every time Gordon has a bad game.

Tyrus' block on Yao was fun.

I'm tired of the "get down by 20 early and stage amazing comeback" storyline with this team. Just play 48 minutes of good basketball please

No doubt. And the official was standing right there.

I don't think teams can go full-bore 100% of the time. Sometimes you have to rest up a little, allow your natural basketball skills to just keep you in the game until the next burst.

It just seems that we are now too undersized to compete. There's no size. My god, we looked like midgets trying to guard the jolly green giant tonight.

I thought Ben did a great job on Yao tonight. 20 points in 38 minutes is a so-so game for Ming these days.

Ben did a good job on Yao on one-on-one defense, but what pissed me off about Ben tonight was that he looked like he didn't care at all. There were a couple of instances where all he had to do was jump and he would've had a rebound, yet he either just stood on the floor, or proceeded to run downcourt.

I would've at least thought that we were going to get 110% out of Ben each and every night and that hasn't been the case at all, so far.

He was guarding a guy who was 9 inches taller and 70 pounds heavier than he was. I suspect that's an exhausting 35 minutes of work.

Perhaps. I'm seeing a small basketball club that is struggling to defend effectively many nights though.

Add to that the sketchy shooting, and you get 3-5. We should be able to get some better shooting at some point, but the size is just going to be a shortcoming all year long.

The average height in the NBA is under 6-7 this year; the shortest it's been in the 21 years they've tracked that stat.

I'm seeing a team with a lot of new faces struggle early in the season during an unfavorable stretch in the schedule. If the Bulls look like this in January, I'll panic.

I completely agree.

...depends on how far out of it they are by January.

This is getting depressing. The Bulls either need to sweep the next two games (Lakers and Nugs) or really find themselves in a bind.

LA is a game we can win, but I don't think we've won in Denver in ages. We even struggled there in our dynasty days and when they were crap. If we can beat the Lakers, 76ers, and Knicks, I'll be fine with going 3-4 on this trip.

If we lose that Lakers game, the floodgates open. I'm just hoping we don't get swept on the road trip at this point. We're getting beat by more & more each game, it seems.
