I can refresh and it goes away, but I get it almost everytime I click a new topic.

I've been getting it frequently too, most noticeably when clicking on Submit to add a post. With me it also goes away when I hit Refresh.

Ditto for me. I F5 and it goes away until I click on a topic. The whole site was down yesterday, wasn't it?

It was indeed down. Looks like Tim and 1908 are still getting the kinks worked out after yesterday's traffic. :D

Yeah, I keep getting that message also..in addition, I couldn't get on to the board till about half an hour ago..going in the way I usually went (clicking message board on the main site) was giving me an error every time. I had to find another way around to get on, so there could be many people who don't know the board is actually up right now.

Seriously, it was almost an accident. I clicked on the premium message board link-the message popped up about how I wasn't authorized to get on the premium board, and the link for the regular interface was there. I clicked that link, and it took me to the board.

First off, sorry for the delay in getting the board back up yesterday/today. I was at the airport when the storms rolled through Chicago and ended up sitting there for 6 hours before boarding. Then we were about 187th for takeoff. It was quite late when I rolled in last night!

 

I had the server rebooted this morning to take care of things, so I'm not sure why people wouldn't be able to access the board now.

 

As for the sessions error, I did a repair on the table just now, so hopefully that will be taken care of, as well.

Should also be noted that the new posts marker keeps resetting itself to as of my last Monday visit in the afternoon each time I log in.

It seems to be. Throughout the day I kept getting the error message, but it always cleared up with one refresh. This time on I haven't gotten the error once.

I had the same problem (although its fixed now). I would just end up clicking ont he premium message board and then the next page came up asking for me to log in (since i'm a tight ass and haven't gotten premium) I would click to access the regular board and it would send me through. But just clicking on the regular message board wouldn't work. It does now though. Just thought I'd answer your question..

hey guys I was having the same problem todayt normaly if I refresh it goes away but all day I have been unable to access the boards at all getting the same error message every time. I was just now able to get on.

After the site crash today the users table got corrupted. It took a while, but I was able to work with the ISP to get the table repaired. If anyone is still having issues, please report them here.

I haven't been able to access premium for about a week. I'm not sure if my membership is due or what. In the meantime I've sent you a check for $50 just in case.

 

I would also ask anyone else who is reading this to help Tim out. The $50 is equal to about 13 cents per day.

 

We all love this place and I don't think Tim is asking too much for the community to share in the costs of keeping it up.
