Whitecaps v Toronto FC was a pretty fun watch today. The Toronto attack is pretty dangerous looking and will score a ton of goals this year.

I'm looking forward to tuning into the Orlando City match with the 62,000 tickets sold in the Citrus Bowl.

Good atmosphere so far. The NYCFC goalie just smacked his head on the goal post and ridiculously stayed in the game. He had to have a concussion.

Mix has been the only danger for NY. Great goal, well deserved. Smartest player on their team, other than Villa, I suppose. He's really going to benefit from Lamps and Xavi. Everyone will, duh. Him in particular though. He's thinking a step ahead of his teammates.

FS1 didn't do half as badly as I thought they would yesterday.

Clint and Oba are ridiculous.

I've never seen a team get 3 players carded for diving in the same game before.

Man U is up to two now against Arsenal. Januzaj's dive was shameful.

Wow, Chelsea blow it against a 10 man Zlatanless PSG.

Yep. That was pretty stunning. Figured they'd shut it down after both leads but they couldn't.

MLS To Minne/StP. I love it. Great soccer culture there already, promoting an NASL team with existing MLS talent in place at a few positions in Ibarra, Ramirez and Steele and probably a few others. We get the loons and their cool crest. Good move for the league and it's footprint.

Been hoping to see San Antonio/Austin get an expansion team but could understand not wanting a 3rd team in Texas when a market like Minneapolis hasn't been touched. Just a lot of undiscovered/developed talent in Texas and the lack of any NCAA teams outside of SMU doesn't help.

Brad Evans was responsible for all 3 of SJ's goals last night. That performance should be exhibit A in "Why Jermaine Jones shouldn't be playing Centerback". You can't just assume someone can step into that role.

Yeah that was brutal. The first one was also a real good cross and finish, but the other two, yeesh.

Classic 2013-14 Spurs performance today. All it was missing was a red card and a couple second half goals. To not take a single shot in the first half is pathetic. The slim chance of making the UCL is gone. Pretty much have to so out, which won't happen. Hopefully they finish seventh and Liverpool and Arsenal don't play in the FA Cup final. But I'm sure they'll either finish sixth or those two will play in the FA Cup final so they get stuck in the Europa again.

I should have bet so much money on Arsenal winning 2-0, because it was the most predictable outcome ever. They probably shouldn't give up a stupid goal in the last minute of stoppage time at home next year.
