Here's some cool insight into how Jurgen spent his first camp with one of US Soccer's brightest young stars:

Trapp said he never had a “direct conversation” with Klinsmann about his positioning or where he was going to be playing.

Good job, yurgin.

The worst.

I don't suppose we could give Nike more money so we could have a new crest yesterday, could we? Or just use the Centennial crest for everything forever.

I liked the current crest better when it was just blue and white. Might as well go back to these.

Maybe instead of perpetually recruiting DFB rejects, he could focus on calling some of the guys in MLS that play that position and are probably better.

Also, did you see the thing about Green refusing to play for their U-23's? Word is he might get returned back to Bayern; they are pretty sick of the kid.

He has since played and scored for their u-23's. Apparently Bayern are pissed that the new coach isn't playing him. Fact is he needs 4-5 years of maturation and muscle building before he's anywhere near an automatic start for the national team and if he falls into the trap that so many US phenom's fall into of bouncing from club to club and never settling in, he never will be. Bayern should look into an MLS loan this summer. He'd be good in Portland, DC, Dallas or LA. That won't happen because MLS and Bayern are equally weird and stubborn, but he needs minutes, minutes, minutes.

Spurs going to Spur after the Europa League again. I hope they lose in Italy this week.

Didn't deserve to win and the 1 point doesn't do much for the UCL hopes.

You can always win the Europa League for a Champions League spot.

Yeah. I have Even less faith in them winning that as I do in them finishing fourth.

Nice dive, Harry Kane.

That was a sooooooft penalty. Terrible call. He was looking for contact and went down immediately.

Since I assume you either watched the game or saw the highlights, would you have called offsides on the second West Ham goal? The guy going for the header is a yard offsides, goes for the ball but doesn't touch it, though he didn't miss it by much.

I would have, yeah. He was active in the play. That's supposed to be offsides.

Lots of bad/blown calls this weekend in the EPL.

Whitecaps v Toronto FC was a pretty fun watch today. The Toronto attack is pretty dangerous looking and will score a ton of goals this year.

I'm looking forward to tuning into the Orlando City match with the 62,000 tickets sold in the Citrus Bowl.
