On goal.com they have a report saying that Adebayor has agreed to a deal with AC Milan. Arsenal will have lost him, Flemini and maybe Hleb already. That is a lot to lose.

They are going to have to actually spend money this year. They should bring in David Villa to replace him.

I have this wet dream that Liverpool sign Villa and pair him up front with Torres. I know that it wont happen but with him and Barry I think Liverpool would be able to compete with ManU and Chelsea.

That would help, I thought I just read that reports were he was going to be staying. Hopefully this means they start spending some money this year.

Wenger said he had 70 million to spend and that was before the recent sales.

 

You could stock up with 140 million pounds. If Real buys Ronaldo, Arsenal should buy Robinho. Get a general in the midfield and buy some depth.

he's a maddening player. he's so, so good, but my god, he could never stay healthy for more than a month when he was with chelsea. but when he's on, he adds such versaility and speed on the left side, he's an amazing weapon.

The 06 WC gave us a good taste. His pace along with his size is great, but yeah he needs to be healthy. I don't want to see another Mark Overmars for Holland.

Germany is a weird collection of players that don't seem all that good on paper. They're going to advance, but I feel about them like I did prior to WC2006-just kind of meh.
