My how the tables have turned for Liverpool. Inter is in some big time trouble.

I'm glad that ESPN finally listened to the fan mail and stopped showing the score of the tape delay ESPN Classic game during the live game on ESPN2. It made for a much more enjoyable afternoon.

I'm really looking forward to Arsenal-AC Milan tomorrow. Arsenal is in the same boat as Liverpool today where they need a solid result at home because the trip to Italy probably won't be too friendly.

Not sure if Arsenal will be getting any players back who weren't available for the FA Cup tie against Man U on Saturday but if they don't it won't bode well for them.

Arsenal has some of their normal starters back who weren't in the lineup against Man U. Clichy, Sagna, Flamini and Adebayor are all in the lineup today.

I'll go ahead and predict a 1-1 draw which will put Milan into the drivers seat going into the 2nd leg.

I'm at work so going just by game cast but it seems Arsenal are controling the tempo which bodes well for them and their style of play. Would be great to get Pato another yellow  . Milan would be so old if it were not for Pato and Kaka.

Over in Scotland, Barca have controled the possession 71-29%, have outshot Celtic 11-3, and are down 2-1 at the half. I still don't think Celtic have a shot in hell in beating them in the 2 game agg. but still a very interesting result.

Arsenal has been doing most of the attacking and Milan hasn't done much outside of a few counter attacks. As I type this, Arsenal is really picking it up on offense. They appear on the verge of putting one in.

Tied up now in Scotland.

And Lyon just took a 1-0 lead on Man U in France.

Messi again 3-2 Barca. Between Messi, C. Ronaldo, Fabregas there are some really good young players. Ronaldo is a full 3 years older than them too.

As I am typing Tevez ties it up for Man U. United with the away goal is huge right now.

Holy crap. Adebayor had a wide open header off a cross from Walcott on the far post and hit it off the crossbar. Wow there was no reason for him to miss that shot.

And Tevez gets a late goal as Man U earns a 1-1 draw with Lyon in France.

EDIT: The Adebayor header was literally right at the end of injury time in the second half.

That sucks. Still think Arsenal have a good chance of coming out but a result today would have been very nice.

Boo on this. I wanted to mock my die hard Milan fan co-worker if they lost. :(

I watched the Galaxy - Gambo Osaka or whatever match last night.

Hooooooooly crap. I know it is pre-season and they are playing guys who may not make the squad, and I know Donovan and Ruiz weren't there, but that it is still a freaking terrible team. I predict Ruud Gullit quits by the all-star game.

I'm trying to figure out who I want to really go watch against FC Dallas. I want to see LA to some degree simply because of the manes they have, but that is losing interest each day. Outside of that I guess NY to see Jozy in what is hopefully his last season in MLS.
