My fantasy team.

Definitely!!! I watched the Yanks/Braves game tonight over the cubs because I have Giambi and Chipper (its lovely when your two players have all the RBIs in a game :D ).

My Fantasy team's name is the "Logan White Honkys" (first year of a keeper league). So as you can imagine I'm a fan of the Dodgers with their farm system. Like the Indians a lot too, one could say that their year is even more disappointing than the Cubs' though. I liked the Athletics in the late 80s and now once again in the Beane era. Was a huge huge fan of what the Marlins did this offseason so will be rooting for them in years to come as well. So out of those 4 teams 1 is really good at rebuilding through trades, 1 is really good at rebuilding from the draft/scouting, 2 are really good at both and the cubs really suck in all departments.

The Oakland A's

Followed closely by the Red Sox.

Exactly the same for me.

I'm a bit of an Oakland fan as well since the Rockhounds are rather close, even though I've never been to a game. I've got a friend who got Zito's auto when he was pitching there as well as several others. If it weren't for the price of gas (and the fact that I don't have a vehicle that'd get me there) I wouldn't mind making to 3-3 1/2 trip every once in awhile.

We have the Kane County Cougars (Single A of Oakland) here in the Chicago area. So that is part of the reason.

Some good players have played there between the A's farmhands and when it was affliated with the Marlins....................Scott Podsednik, Dontrelle Willis, Josh Beckett, Ryan Dempster, Miguel Cabrera, Joe Blanton, and Huston Street t name a few. But, I just read about them. I've never even gone.

I figure why go to a good game that can be economical on the wallet when I can spend an arm and a leg a Wrigley and watch a dismal team.

I don't have a second team. In times like these, I become obsessed with rooting for the failure of teams I despise, beginning with the White Sox.

I don't have a second team. During seasons like this, I usually find myself doing yard work and the like instead of watching WGN in the afternoons.

Needless to say, almost every year (minus the occassional miracle), I have the nicest yard on the block.

Since I have season tickets; I would have to say Detroit. My buddy and I have had season tickets ever since I moved here about 5 years ago. Those were some brutal summers.

Cleveland.

This has been a fuuuun year.

I like the Indians myself. Partial to the Pirates, living in DA Burgh now, plus I'd like to see them do well, because the architechs of PNC Park deserve a winning team to play on it.

I like the Indians too.

But I'm definitely rooting for the Tigers this year. Not just because they're the chief rival for the Sox, but also because I think it's a pretty good story, and I know a couple guys at work who are going absolutely bazonkers right now over them.

Tigers since I grew up in Michigan and than the Marlins. Already have past the Cubs on there 3rd rebuild in 15 yrs. If only the Cubs were that smart at evaluating talent and that couragous as to be willing to suck to get better as opposed to suck to suck again next yr.

Any AL team that helps my fantasy team win this year.

In all seriousness:

Mariners - still hung onto the team after Jr left.

Indians - young, fun.

A's - always in it with players casual fans never heard of.

O's, only because of Corey "Lou Brock" Patterson.

No 2nd team here. It is the Cubs or nothing. That doesn't mean I don't enjoy watching other games, I really do and love it thanks to Directv. But I just watch, don't really care who wins or not.

I think I'm the only one who hates the RedSox more than the Yankees.

I don't really care for either, Sox fans are getting more annoying than Yankee fans though.
