Winning a World Series is ALL that matters. If doing so means helping another team also win one, fine. I'd rather the Cubs, Sox, and Cardinals all win a Series than none of them. The Cubs matter, period.

We need more than a few pieces to win it all. The White Sox aren't going to provide all that we need. If management determines that the White Sox have a piece or two that could help the Cubs build a winner and can get said piece(s) in a fair trade, then by all means do it. If it helps out the White Sox, great. If it doesn't, great. I don't care about any other team when it comes to helping the Cubs win a World Series.

I meant if the White Sox were to acquire the final pieces for another run (Howry-Eyre type relievers) who do they have that they'd be willing to give us?

If they were willing to trade Broadway, I'd have to strongly consider it.
