Len just said Marmol could possibly take Wood's spot in the rotation this weekend if Wood can't go.

Just more proof that walks suck. A hit could have been a home run. This was just one base and it didn't pay off. Never even threaten to walk again ok?

Can we start to take some pitches this inning? Sheez we make it easy on these kids from the minors.

And it's been that way for years. Stupid approaches by stupid players led by a stupid manager.

Count me in as well, their refusal to adjust their collective approach based on a given pitcher' pattern, etc. is beyond stupid.

I'd like to see him get a shot.

Oh why not! Don't feel like watching Hill or Guzman struggle through another 3 innings of work.

Zambrano, Marshall, Marmol, Maddux, Prior.

Not exactly the home grown rotation we expected 3 years ago...but if it works.

I'd like them to go with some pitches...outside to right field. The outs are bad, but when its 2-0 and you ground out weakly...that's just bad decisions

Saw the same thing last night, Rodriguez threw maybe ten pitches inside, think anyone started looking to go the opposite field?

Wow, we are getting no-hit by a rookie that is making the first start of his career.

Seeing as I started this thread and that I am now back from class, hopefully things will change now.

It's common sense with a young pitcher on the mound you have to show more patience. Why help them out in any way or let them get into a grove. Make them prove they can throw Strikes at the big league level. Other teams do that do our young kids...Just don't get it...

Well played.

You could have gone with the "there is no book on them" claim
