from reading the suntimes and trib today it seems like hendry is going to re-sign baker no matter what happens.

I know and I take that as an insult to me as a Cubs fan. If it was my job and the company wasn't performing well and clients were unhappy, the last think I would be thinking about is saving face by continuing on the present course and refusing to admit a mistake. That's exactly what Hendry is doing.

 

We have to stay the course. If we change our way of life then the Cardinals win.

They had Ron Santo Day here on the 15th and raised the money. Groundbreaking is sometime around the end of June I believe. Should be pretty cool....though meeting Ron was the topper.
