Yeah this dude isnt just on my radar now, he's pretty much right in the middle of it. How many pitchers wear the #1 (or even single digits). How awesome is that.

Detroit Lions. The Lions have a ton of holes and they could go LT/RT, RB or DE here. Mendenhall is gone. Dewayne White now is the RDE(Kalimba Edwards gone) and he doesnt scream the pass rushing defensive end the Tampa 2 needs. With the lack of DE playmakers on this crappy patchwork team i think this is a pretty easy pick. Derrick Harvey, DE Florida. 10 wins here we come! -

I keep getting burned by picking UCLA to win it all. 2 of the last 3 i have picked them to win but their offense just isnt good enough. each time if they would win i would win. Im not picking those bastards anymore.

drake should have been a four, but i guess it doesn't matter that much. can't believe butler is a seven. Butler got screwed more than IU. Heck, I think Purdue may have been screwed too, being lower than Michigan St. Only ND was seeded properly in the state of Indiana. Yeah Purdue and Indiana finished higher than MSU in the B10 by 2 and three games. MSU did have a better RPI, but its like when do they use the RPI and when dont they. Purdue also started the year slow because of the youth on their team and came on strong as the season wore on, the slow start probably hurt their RPI.

Does Detroit look at players other than guys currently on Tampa or previously? DT Chuck Darby (former) CB Brian Kelly S Kalvin Pearson* S Dwight Smith (former) And now they are looking at Michael Pittman.

yes, yes, very much so. I am very interested. It was a dumb move by the lions. Well those 2 things go hand in hand. :lol: Kevin Jones is talented as all get out when healthy. The line at Detroit is pathetic to run behind otherwise he'd have better numbers.

Yeah if the Bears got their LT in the first(im liking what i hear about the Williams guy) and then somehow managed to get the BEST guard at # 44 i would probably turn off my TV right there. If i returned to see woodson selected in the 3rd i would become immediately punch drunk, seeing them get Caldwell with their second third would pretty much send me to the moon.

Yeah whats up with no oline help. It aint like the FA guys are making money hand over fist. Here is a highlight video of RB Chris Johnson. This dude is freaking fast on the football field too. He blows the doors off of guys on a couple runs.

I missed the news that the Redskins cut Lloyd. I dont know what happened to him in Washington but i liked what he did in San Fran. I like this move.

The Bears were 1 of 7 teams to skip Andre Woodson's pro day workout. They did go to Joe Flaccos though.

Yeah and 4 years $16M wasnt hard to beat, he can play guard or tackle. The Bears have something like $12M in cap space left for FA's. Ill be disappointed if they dont come close to maximizing the cap amount.

Its being reported the Bills have reached a tentative agreement with Bryant Johnson. Jesus Christ, who is left for the Bears to sign, Tim Dwight? Drew Carter and DJ Hackett seem like the best available i guess.

Sun Times says Berrian is seeking over $20M in the 1st three years of the contract. DeSean Jackson just measured in at 5'9 169 at the combine. He was previously listed at 6'.

From the Washington Post BB. I dont have a problem if the Bears overpay for Berrian a little. Their depth at WR doesnt put them in a position to be tough negotiators, especially with this years FA WR class. I hate to rely on the draft to find WR too, receivers are such a crapshoot when it comes to the draft and they typically struggle their rookie year. The 2008 WR depth for the Bears could be ugly without BB.

Rodriguez is already making changes at UM for 2008. $600,000 in new weight room equipment. The old stuff was auctioned off. A spring game instead of just some stupid practice. Site wont be at the Big House but at least they're playing a game. Maybe even godforbid televised. A 3 day coaching clinic in the spring for coaches and gasp, a first ever 2 day passing camp. RR does call in interviews on sports radio shows. Carr was worse than Bill Belichek when it comes to information. Welcome to the 21st Century Michigan Football.

Yeah these are all good moves, i went to espn.com to check the news and when i saw the addition of millers name i was even more pleased. The Brown extension is a little surprising but you just cant have too many quality DL guys.
