I definitely think the announcers are favoring the Bulls, if they are favoring either team. I'ver heard Nocioni, Deng, Hinrich, and Gordon all be referred to as guys who are "becoming superstars" by the announcers. Great two wins the past two days, but it's gonna be VERY hard to win Game 5 in Miami without Tyson. The calls the past two games have been going our way, and that isn't going to happen in Miami (like it didn't happen in games 1 and 2). I think the Bulls have a shot to ride this momentum and win game 5, but I just wouldn't bet on it. The UC would be going frickin nuts though in game 6 if we pulled off a win on Tuesday night.

can we please get a legitimate center? Sweets is too fat and Tyson isn't fat enough.

perhaps they should make a baby together.

his name could be Mike Tyson

Not sure if this has been discussed earlier herein, but does anyone else think Wade is hurt? I was at Game 1. He played ole defense on Gordon all night, and after every drive he limped. Watching yesterday's game, he looked the same. Thoughts?

I don't think he's hurt. To be honest, I've lost some respect for Wade in this series. He does a lot of complaining to the refs, and he's refused to give Hinrich any credit for his defense. But the fact is, he doesn't play well against the Bulls, and I don't think it has to do with being injured. I think Kirk frustrates him.

It's the 2003 Final Four all over again for Wade.

For clarification, because I continually hear it pronounced both ways:

is it NO-SEE-ONI or NO-CHEE-ONI?

Spanish doesn't have the letter Č, so it has to be NO-SEE-ONI.

It is a soft C but Nocioni is an Italian last name. He's the son of Italian immigrants, and he's a citizen in Argentina and in Italy. Another reason why Bargnani could be a great fit for the Bulls.

I thought the Bulls game was a night game last night...very upset that I missed it, but thrilled that it's this close!!

It's also pretty much a must win if the Bulls seriously want to take the series. If they lose tonight, they'd have to win 4 of 5 to take the series, and that's not going to happen.

That was in reference to Game 2, and I'm hoping they prove me wrong! :D

I heard he can barely run so I doubt it. The Finals? Are you kidding?

Yeah, I was. Oh well, he's a good player though, hope he's back and 100% next year.

From Rotoworld:

Tyson Chandler's ankle sprain is being called "mild to moderate," meaning he's questionable for Game 5.

The Bulls really need him, so if there's a way he can play through the injury on Tuesday, he will. May. 1 - 1:29 am et

Am I the only one who thinks he could be done for the season but Skiles and the Bulls don't want the Heat or the rest of our team to know that?

I wouldn't be surprised, but I didn't see the injury.

Looked like an ankle sprain to me. He could miss games 5 and 6. That would be done for the season if the Bulls dropped those two games. But I don't think he's out indefinitely or the Bulls are lying about the seriousness of his injury.

It looked really bad. He looked to be in a lot of pain and was carried off the court by Luke and a trainer.

As far as Chandler goes, I'm hoping that he doesn't have a very high tolerance for pain. I sprained my ankle playing basketball much in the same way two weeks ago and it was basically considered a mild sprain. It hurt when it first happened, and I need crutches for a few days, but I'm hoping with the medical stuff they can do now, he gives us whatever he can. The Bulls will have a tough time on Tuesday without Chandler, especially because I expect the refs to screw the Bulls.

I didn't catch Game 4 from the start but, there was quite a bit of dicussion regarding Shaq, after Game 3's poor performance, coming out like gangbusters. Did he? Can we expect plenty of him knocking whomever is guarding him out of the way and dunking in Game 5?
Posted
Shaq was in foul trouble most of the game. Bulls did a good job on him once again. Could be a different story in Miami without TC, however. The only person on the Heat who played "well" was Toine. The little shimmy was out of place. I was hopin Luke would go "Posey" on him ;)

I don't remember it looking so horrible, but it was Tyson's reaction that kind of scared me. He looked to be in terrible pain and had to be carried off the court.

As I thought about the Dusty/Barrett thing, it did cross my mind that he's more hurt than the Bulls are letting on. But I really hope he comes back.

The LA Clippers won their first playoff series in 30 years - and their first playoff series in California. Next stop, beat Kobe and the Lakers!

sure, the bucks are playing the pistons pretty well too, but i don't care, i'm a bulls fan.

I just dreamt the Bulls had the ball with 8 seconds left and the game tied before I woke up. :( I am pretty excited about this game. Only 7 hours now!

Doctors cleared Chandler to play tonight per Chicagosports.com.

"We'll bring [Chandler] in at the normal time and see how he is,'' Skiles said. "I'd say it was a very mild sprain.''

After the Heat's light workout, Dwyane Wade admitted that Chandler's iffy ankle might make Miami more likely to go at the 7-footer with O'Neal and Alonzo Mourning than they normally would. Chandler welcomed the challenge.

"They might but it doesn't matter,'' Chandler said with a giant ice pack around his ankle. "Whatever they try, I'm ready for it.''

I'm a Bulls fan first, but it is exciting seeing a team that has always been bad do well - and have a chance to beat my most hated player in the next round. It's just an automatic anti-Lakers thing.
