We need Corey back in center! They should just hide him low in the order. Macias in center is terrible and Lawton isn't going anywhere for the rest of the season (we can't have 2 out of 3 bad outfield arms).

No. A week ago I may have said yes, but not now. I desperately want the Cubs to win, but if losing a ton of games from here on out is what it takes to get rid of Baker, then so be it. I endured so many 90+ loss seasons with no real hope, I can endure a woeful finish to this one if it gives us a much better chance at the WS next year.

I wouldnt go so far as to say Lawton's defensive lapse is due to Dusty. Lawton has never been a good defensive player. The Cubs knew what they were getting into when they picked him up.
