Williams is looking like he'll pitch well enough to keep the Cubs in the game, but not well enough to slam the door on the Diamondbacks.

 

So, the usual.

 

For a 4th or 5th starter, I'd like a guy consistant enough to allow the other team to get 2-4 runs in 6-7 innings

Considering his OBPRISP is well above .400 and the number of strikeouts he gets, he's not the kind of guy to kill a rally with a double play.

I can see where you're coming from on that, but I'll take a guy who can keep a rally going via a walk or a hit rather than just a hit.
