I miss the Farnes, I'm a big fan of his. He won my respect the day he slammed Wilson, that got me even more excited about that team. Does anyone recall if the Cubs picked up any momentum after that?

I dont think farns got DDT'd, though. Affeldt just fell down, albeit on top of farns. I think thats just the way he fell.

 

It wasnt the right move to tackle affeldt. He clearly shoulda done that to hernandez instead. Throwing at someones head is absoloute crap.

 

 

Anyways, What i found awesome was the announcer. " You better get Farnsworth outta there, he gonn' hurt somebody."

 

And here is what Dimitri Young had to say:

 

"That's the reason why you don't talk [trash] during a pileup," Dmitri Young said. "[Affeldt] opened his mouth."

 

Affeldt denied it of course.

Pretty much, you take someones head under your arm. You then fall backwards (or down) rapidly, ramming thier head into the ground. That's the best way I can describe the move.

 

I used to DDT my brother all the time on an old mattress we had in our attic.

The video SUCKS for me. IT like shows him throwing the pitch. Freezes. Shows them on the ground, freezes. The audio of it works fine tho. And yet teh video from todays brawl played fine for me. gah.
