Yep. Similar stuff. If Hill had that type of control and kept the ball in the park the way Duke does....then you would have an argument. Of course, Hill would still be about 3-4 years older, so Duke would still be the better prospect.

Duke is good but I am not so sure I would take him over Pawelek. Ok I would but it isnt like this guy is Felix Hernandez or anything.
