Anyone know Woody's pitch limit for today?

 

 

I dont think he really has a limit. I'll bet they let him get over 100 pitches. Prior was about 112 last time out.

Ooooh. I think the Cubs just got a break there.

 

And just got another one. Unfortunately, Perez is AB. We need another passed ball to get Barrett in.

TOP OF THE FOURTH INNING

 

Lee homered to left field

Ramirez flied out to right field

Barrett walked

Barrett took second base on a wild pitch

Burnitz lined out to first, Barrett to third on a throwing error, E3

Perez popped out to shortstop

Neifi hitting .118 for the month

 

I remember a time when people were condemned for saying that Neifi would come back to reality

I see you changed your sig. My heart sunk a bit as I read that article, too. But, maybe Hairston in CF will do just as well as in 2B. Walker's not as bad as advertised at 2B, and we can always use another base clogger. ;)

nice quick inning, we gotta get Woody more support now!!

 

That would be a first for his career as a Chicago Cub.

 

Only 46 pitches through 4 is impressive. Not surprisingly only 1 K, but that's ok.
