That stuff is total horsefeathers - replay is abused in some instances. Sucks sometimes how it’s used. Especially when it affects your team lol.

Boog and JD were even saying something along the lines of how it’s abused in some cases. I agree

I agree with JD, they got to have a leeway with sliding into the bases, theres almost no way these runners are going to completely stick to the bases when sliding into them.

As long as they slide into it and dont over slide the base completely, they should be safe as far as feet first goes.

If they go hand first, then yes they need to maintain contact with base.

I don’t think it matters whether it be foot first or hand first. As you said, as long as they don’t over slide the base if they get there before the tag they should be safe.

I hate that we are probably going to see Maton in the bottom 8th.. that's where the game will be decided.  Feel very confident in Webb for the 9th

I’m not a fan of the whole “stitch it together “ thing.  It’s a baseball game not a forensic lab.

Yeh, probably since majority of these players slide head first now, as long as the body stays over bag they should be good.

Probably eliminate injuries too with guys feeling the need to grab hold of base and risk hurting shoulder and fingers

104/40 isn't a homer there?

104/38.5 would be.😁

So, who's closing?  Maton?😅

I would say Rolison or Thornton.

Depends on if left handed hitters are batting. There really isn’t a “closer”

Rolison
