yeah because he had an 8 pitch 6th and 7 pitch 7th. he was at ~80 pitches after 5, which is when I was thinking he had one more. but then the cubs got anxious to get home.

With our medical staff, he'll probably have a couple PH or DH chances in the next couple days, then they'll announce he's out until July.

I’d let him sit until Friday. We’re playing the Rockies so it’s not like we’ll need him or anything.
