Definitely excited to see what happens. I cannot believe what a disaster the org was the previous 5 years or so

Assuming neither Dybansta and Peterson are not available at #4, this is what I'd like to see

#4) Caleb Wilson- I want him over Boozer and if the FO is stupid enough to grab anyone besides one of the top 4 at #4, I'm out

#15)  Assuming they don't trade up and thinking of people who realistically will be there at #15 I'd be pretty happy with either of Cameron Carr or Morez Johnson and I'd be on board with any of Karim Lopez, Christian Anderson, Hannes Steinbach

Players I absolutely do not want at #15

Yaxel Lendeborg- His talent isn't the issue, but he has the emotional maturity of an angsty 13 year old and he's old enough that he should have grown out of that by now

Jayden Quaintance-  If he's healthy, he'd be a steal at #15. A true rim protector and elite defender, but he's never healthy and I have no interest in starting a rebuild with a guy who probably never sees the court

Sounds like Nic Claxton to the Bulls.

Bulls get Nic Claxton.

Nets get: Julius Randle and 28.

Wolves get: #33 from Brooklyn.

Edit: Bulls are sending Mo Gueye to the Wolves.

claxton for essentially just money is a nice move that should with avoiding the relegation zone next season

He isn’t that bad, actually. At least they added some length. Probably go guard with the second first round pick now, unless they move up for the Michigan center, which I doubt happens.

You hit on the head with Lendeborg.  His being a cocky horsefeathers teenager won't play well among the big boys.

He is 23. So the cocky teen years are long ago. I don’t want him either, but because he is too old for a rookie, not because of being a cocky teenager.

Fair.  I liked him because he was the best player for my team but there were definitely several moments from him or things that he said where I cringed.  But I do see a lot of that Michigan team crediting him for being a leader behind the scenes and bringing the team together.  But those leadership traits aren't going to shine as much in the NBA because he will likely be a role player.

I'd be happy if the Bulls took him because he's a Michigan guy but I think the Bulls are better off going with younger talent with higher ceilings and Yax is better off with a better team where he can slide in somewhere and fit with the established culture in place.  I mean the Thunder would be perfect IMO.

I'd rather take my chances with a younger player with 6 years of NBA experience like Josh Giddey.

Why?

mostly irrational but there has been a little bit of smoke there. that and wagler only working out for chi/la

What's weird is both Mikel Brown and Wagler canceled their visit to Sacramento who has pick 7 so they must feel they're both going before that, which would make sense at #5 and #6, but a Clipper FO member's kid decided to leak that they'd pretty much decided on Acuff. So I guess we'll see.

I think the only way they go Wagler is if they move up in the draft with some sort of Giddey trade. Him, 15 and the kid they drafted last year to move up and draft Wagler. Don’t really like that idea either, but makes more sense than wasting a 4th pick on Wagler.

Mega- athlete.  High ceiling.  It was the right pick.

Biggest upside in the draft, supreme athlete, 3pt shot is a work in progress. A true above the rim athlete.
