You know damn well this group of starters not gonna hold up, they barely get to 6 ip and they have benefited alot by the offense.

It was already going to be tough without Steele, now they need to hold up until mid- late June without Imanaga.

The bullpen isn't exactly reliable

Hoyer is going to make a trade for another starter I've no, doubt about this, the only question is will he pay the price for TOR-type or not, for a MOR-type?

I agree. And they do need a guy. But it will probably be closer to the TDL. Besides that, who is really available anyway?

60 pitches through 2 1/3 and no ability to put hitteres away. Not his best stuff

Unless the bats can get going in next couple innings, this may end up being a white flag game to save the pen.

Don't get that pitch sequence to Trevino, pitching to him like he's a good hitter or something.  Boyd must be battle himself with location.

That the problem in itself, like I said it too early to make a significant trade now, and if he does find a team willing to give up a solid starter now, it will cost big time with prospects.

It going to be tough continuing this pace with these Starters and Bullpen, especially if and or when the bats quiet down a bit at some point, they need Imanaga back and they need to get to July to make some trades to upgrade the pitching.

Imanaga coming back will help, when he does, is it a terrible idea to keep Horton up and go with a 6 man rotation?
