Gage Workman(who I just learned was traded to the White Sox)was quoted in the Tribune on Saturday, saying, “But now I’m with the White Sox and I’m excited to be here and now I want to beat the Cubs.”

Rather interesting words if you look at his performance so far in this young season.

Yes, you should do everything possible to try to destroy the first team to give you a looksee at anything above AA ball.

He did a pretty good job of beating the Cubs while he was on the team.

Exactly. Also, they left out how he thanked the Cubs for giving him the opportunity to be in the majors. His next sentence said now that I am on the white Sox I want to beat the Cubs. SO WHAT? His comment was nothing unusual.

He didn't last long with the worse team in baseball,  made an error in 1st inning and was pulled after 1 AB.    Placed on IL
