Seeing some smoke he’s been promoted to AAA but nothing official yet

He's listed on the Iowa roster, which I believe is what has sparked the speculation -

Timing wise it would be a little surprising to promote him right now.  Feels like having him go to the futures game, and then doing the whole "here's your plane ticket to Iowa NOT Tennessee" thing is sort of the standard in a situation like this.  But getting added to the official website two weeks early also doesn't feel like an accident.  If anything the website is more likely to be out of date.

Shaw is still listed on the Tennessee roster too and these updates are normally made at the same time between farm teams.
