It shouldn’t. Tauchman has been ass since April. He has competitive ABs but the results are meh. For the season about the same as Busch, and he was much worse than Busch in May even with Busch struggling himself. 
 

Busch’s defense has also improved tremendously (up to +3 OAA). I think I’d want Cody in RF and Seiya DHing a good amount of the time. Tauch can PH for Busch when more contact/OBP is needed, and then slide Cody to 1B.

Probably the conditions/delay, but Greene is 3 mph below his norm with the fastball, he's not good enough to survive that if it continues

It's probably an organizational thing for the Brewers, along with some luck and just being really good at picking out value by the FO.  They sold off or lost key guys and didn't even have a rebuilt yet ours took 2 years of sucking and prospects are still in the minors. 

Counsell's been mostly solid based on lineups and managing pitching but I don't see any magic or special abilities.  He's better than Ross except for the running game

I sincerely hope the Cubs were not stupid enough to believe some manager voodoo is why the Brewers kicked their ass for the better part of a decade but the contract suggests they did

also it’s pouring out and there’s no way Steele has good grip on his pitches. Hes about to give up some runs because they won’t stop the game.This is annoying

In the last week they've averaged over 4 runs per game, scored 6+ runs 3 times, and scored less than 3 runs once.
