How was that dude so wide open?

Not sure if it’s JJ being out but the defense just doesn’t look as sharp as it has been lately

"Great throw by Love" - There was no Bears defender within 15 yards of the receiver.

I know.  Practice squad QBs make that throw.

This happens a for GB receivers a lot which makes me think this is more an offensive scheme thing than anything.

From an outsider who's watching Fields carefully:

I feel like the first two sacks were plays he didn't have much of a chance whatsoever.

The last one he could have gotten rid of but was still a pretty standard sack that QB's around the league take regularly.

love is a really good passer im afraid

he's an average NFL passer... our coverage sucks today, which makes sense when you consider JJ has been a no doubt #1 CB this year

He’s got way too much time.  I don’t disagree but if this our pass rush today it won’t be a competitive game.

If the Bears want to prove they have turned the corner you don’t beat up on the Cardinals and Falcons at home and go 7-10 against a cupcake schedule. You go to your middling arch rival who has dominated you the last 30 years and you knock them out of the playoffs.

His QB rating has been over 100 in 7 of his last 8 games.  He’s been pretty good the last half of the season

I'm not necessarily commenting on his stats as much as just watching him throw the ball... his arm strength isn't impressive. He can certainly hit open receivers and seems to make good decisions for sure

I think slightly above average is what he is. When he misses passes, it's ALWAYS an over throw. It's really weird. He's not the hardest thrower in the NFL, but he's not lacking arm strength.

I never imagined he'd have these kinds of stats on this team.
