Not looking good today. Down 51-39 at the half against the Clippers. Gordon drained a three as time expired.

68-67 Clippers after 3 quarters. The Bulls even had a brief lead with a couple of minutes left.

Yup. They had to review Chandler's layup at the buzzer, and to the dismay of the Clippers radio broadcasting crew, Tyson made it before the end of the quarter.

Gordon misses the three and the Clippers grab the rebound. Brunson goes to the line and seals it, as he makes the first free throw.

The last west coast road trip the Bulls swept was in January of 1991. That's not going to change.

83-78 the final...

I didn't see most of the game, but the Bulls had their chances in the 4th but just could not hit an outside shot. Gordon didn't have it and neither did Duhon, who aired what would have been a huge three ball on a wide open shot. 99-93 Sonics.

The Bulls are shooting 39%. Chicago and New Jersey exchange 3s to start the 4th. 75-64.

Hinrich left the game with a left hamstring strain. He's doubtful to return. But according to Red, Deng looked good shooting before the game and they're hopeful he'll return Saturday night.

This team is tiring out. Thankfully Jermaine O'Neal is out for the season and the Philly trade for Webber isn't working out, or else I'd be worried that the playoffs will slip away. With 20 or so games left, this team needs to suck it up and push through.

Playing without Deng and Curry all game and Kirk for the fourth tonight didn't help either.

This is Chicago guys. Our city is prone to collapses and the Bulls will fare no different.

Yup, the Bulls are world famous for their collapses. Man, the '90s were heartbreaking for me.

How many chicago teams have made the playoffs since 2000? I'll give u a clue, its the same number of Boston teams who have won championships in that same time period

What's the point? How many good teams have their been in Chicago since 2000? The 2004 Cubs were the only team expected to do anything. Not sure how a Cubs collapse means the city is full of collapses.

Not collapses maybe but terrible teams.

For the record, teams that have collapsed since 2000:

2000 White Sox (best record in AL, swept in ALDS)

2001 Cubs (first place in July, sink to third place finish)

2001 Bears (13-3 record, lose first game in playoffs at home)

2002 Blackhawks (Win first game of playoff series, lose the next 4...i realize this hardly qualifies as a collapse but I wanted to make sure people still knew the Blackhawks sorta existed)

2003 Cubs (hold 3-1 lead in NLCS, u know what happens)

2003 White Sox (2 games in first place in mid-September, finish 3 or 4 games behind Twins)

2004 Cubs (Hold 1.5 game lead in WC race with 6 games to go, finish 3 games out)

Not sure how a Cubs collapse means the city is full of collapses.

Or how limiting the sample size to the past five years proves anything.

Nor am I sure how past failures determine the future in this case.

And even if it did, the Bulls are not on that failure list. In fact, of all the teams in Chicago, the Bulls are the one team that has been consistent...either in it's winning or it's losing ways. There hasn't been a lot of "toying with emotions". We've known with the Bulls we had a winner...or we had a loser.

This year is the first question mark...and I'm enjoying the ride...at least up till the last 4 games.

Glad to have Luol back, need some offense with the starters. Sorry but Nocioni and Duhon are awful, Hinrich isn't a good shooter, and Davis and Harrington aren't very good either. Good to have Curry back too.

Nocioni is worthless.
