The Spiders were a different team altogether. They were an NL team.

 

The Cleveland AL team was only ever:

 

Naps

Broncos

Lake Shores

Bluebirds

Rustlers

 

those names suck, if they pick one of them they deserve to never play in the WS again

So? It was a Cleveland team and most of the logo mockups were sick.

Count me as another vote for Spiders. The logos would've been sweet, it would've been a cool mascot that's all their own and it had historical ties. It was perfect. So of course they went with something incredibly boring.
