So, yeah there's playoff games this week. #TITANUP. But there's also potential for me to win a lot of money. I entered a playoff fantasy league, where it has typical 1/2 point PPR fantasy rules.

Teams consist of:

2 QB

3 RB

3 WR

2 TE

1 K

1 DEF

But you only get 1 player from each of the 12 playoff teams. And once that player's team is eliminated, you get no more points from them.

So, I'm thinking...... I want at least 1 QB, WR and RB who is playing this weekend, preferably on a not 1-and-done team. I want 1 QB, RB, WR who is on a bye next week because of the likelihood of them playing in the Superbowl. K and Def make the most sense for teams that are going to be 1-and-done. I think Vikings and Titans are most likely to lose this week, but I can't really think of anyone on the Buffalo offense I'd want to pick. I think Philly could pull it out vs Seattle, but I also don't really want anyone on the Eagles O, except maybe the rookie RB?

My locks are:

QB- Jackson (BAL), QB2 either Wilson or Mahomes

RB- Jones (GB),

WR- Thomas (NO),

TE- Kittle (SF), TE2 Kelce if Wilson at QB

No other restrictions? If so, I'd probably take the plunge on Goedert for Philly, especially if Ertz is looking out closer to gametime. On first glance, this is the most talented team you could assemble:

QB: Jackson/Wilson

RB: Jones, Henry, White

WR: Thomas, Hopkins, Hill

TE: Kittle, Goedert

K: Dan Bailey

Def: Bills

I think Jackson/Kittle are the easiest locks on the board. The obvious picks for their teams on two teams likely to go a long way. Unless you decide Dalvin Cook is just too talented to pass on especially with runningbacks being very barren, his recent injury combined with the Vikings being decently big underdogs puts Bailey as a safe pick for me. Thomas is an obvious pick.

QB2 is the hardest position to pick, Wilson is the pick partially because there is absolutely nobody else to pick on Seattle. I could pick Hill or Kelce from KC, went with Hill because of wanting to get Goedert in for Philly. Henry is in despite being possibly 1 and done because of the barrenness at RB. Hopkins is the easy pick left for Houston. Bills defense and White were my last two picks, those two and Henry were really dependent on who you think is going to win this weekend.

If you really believe KC is going to make the SB, then Mahomes becomes the pick at QB. You probably grab the Seattle defense in a situation like that because matchups with the Eagles and then maybe the 49ers don't scare you that much, Singletary for the Bills, and Edelman for the Patriots.

You are tripping if you think the Saints do anything this postseason. There is some sort of dark magic that has been screwing with the Saints the past two postseasons. It WILL return.

Nah, this team is the best of the Payton/Brees era, even better than the Reggie, Pierre and Colston teams. The defense and running game will travel and the O line is getting healthy.

I know you’re half kidding about the black magic stuff, but if the Saints have another heartbreaking loss I may give up sports.

With the horseshoe GB has had up it's ass all season and playing in GB, it wouldn't be shocking if the lose and in a heartbreaking manner.

Titans/NE on Saturday Night looks fun. Could be the end of an era.

Agreed. Titans have a real shot. Their running game is legit.

Yep, I think the Titans pop them. Titans have some major weapons with Henry and Brown, and Tannehill has completely changed their offense.

Brady seems a bit done.

Even despite the terrible defense, I still think 2011 was our best team, but this team is easily the most balanced Saints team in the Payton era. Top 10 in total defense and total offense.

I’m not kidding, lol. The way the last two seasons ended was evil.

Maybe on the 2011 team, but this year’s team is better equipped to win on the road than any in the Brees era.

As good as the Saints are, I still wonder how unstoppable they’d be if Ingram had stayed.

That was a touchdown

I assume you’re talking about the second half kickoff? If we’re going to be sticklers, technically it should have been called an illegal forward pass if the ball is going to be considered live.

Then in that case the Bills should have 2 more points.

Is it weird that both games today are AFC matchups?

I’m assuming that was on purpose.

Well, no games are accidentally happening...

But it’s usually one game from each conference, right?
