Brothers of funny SNL guys shouldn't get a free pass to talk on my television.

for being at worst the 3rd biggest market in the county the Cubs have the absolute most embarrassing high profile fans

How I would always want to react if I was constantly hearing the ridiculously froo-froo name "Pomeranz" in the clubhouse:

 

 

After seeing Pomeranz look good against us in relief in SF, I was interested in him. Probably completely wrong on a small sample.

I saw a couple write-ups that said he had been pretty consistently baller out of the bullpen after he switched to it. Wouldn't have been a bad idea.

Ump just couldn't call ball 1 strike 3 after favoring borderline calls all damn day.

 

And then he calls that absurd strike 1 against Braun. MY KINGDOM FOR A ROBOT UMP.

Can we begrudgingly admit Theo may have gotten it right with the Ryan signing?

 

Was this a thing? Ryan has been great. Kintzler and Wick too. Cishek overall has been good but horsefeathers the bed in big spots a couple times that clouds judgement. And CJ and Strop were awful, but can’t really blame Theo for either of those guys.

Plus side: Cubs beat the Brewers

 

Down side: Bryant's OPS in St. Louis remains abysmal.

 

And our second baseman went 1-2 today while we have a guy toiling away in Triple A with an .857 OPS in Friday home games when the Cubs score first and when he hasn’t abused a woman in 4 days
