i can't remember anymore...does wild card still automatically get a lower seed (thus, no home field) vs a division winner or did they change it to doing it by record?

 

Automatically lower.

 

except I believe the World Series HFA is based purely on overall record. So this year the AL team will automatically have HFA in the World Series

Cleveland.

Can't even get excited about working counts against this team with the bullpen as strong as it is.

They're going to be reluctant to use it though. I would be happy to force CC to use the pen earlier than he wanted.

Also, the offense is blech so far. At least they aren’t swinging at garbage outside of Javy.
