Two weeks ago everyone was freaking out about the Cubs using Tseng, up just 2.5 on the division. Seems like forever ago.

And Tseng is going to be a v solid pitcher for us next year. He's probably not the next Hendricks but I honestly think he can be pretty damn good if he keeps his command as well as he has so far. Boz and Kyle himself will mold him.

 

ETA: can't remember where I heard it but some baseball analyst was taking about how this generation of young baseball players are so used to elite velocity that it seems command and change in velocity is wayyyy more effective than hitting 98. They are used to one but not the other. I'm sure there's smarter people than me that could confirm something like that but logically I can buy that theory.
