Give me some Brewers losses and let's get this race over with.

Yeah I really want a 5+ game lead in the loss column going in to the series next weekend

26-2 gets us back to 100 wins.

is that all?

seriously tho, let's go motherfucking 21-7 against these horsefeathers ass teams and get to 95.

14 over .500.

16 over since the ASB. Is that good?

Nope. We had that 8-5 stretch over before this week, it was unacceptable and we should be more than 16 over.

I've been told this is the least fun Cubs team in my lifetime.

just out of curiosity, what was the ridiculous run the 2015 team went on over the last few weeks to actually get to 97? i remember it being pretty ridiculous (and i'm too busy righ tnow to do more than ask about it here)

The 2015 Cubs won 8 in a row to end the season, closing a 45-18 stretch going back to late July. They went 19-9 in both August and September and 4-0 in October.

Cubs went 23-9 after Sept 1 that year. They were 74-56 heading into September.

If you mean the overall second half run, the Cubs were 52-47 on July 28, and finished on a 45-18 run to end the year.

The big run started with a 16-2 stretch after getting swept by the Phillies.

Related note, it's funny how big that 4 game sweep of the Giants was considering they won the second wild card by 13 games, but they were actually a half game back of the Giants before the series started.

.674 winning % in the second half.

Records since the ASB:

Cubs 32-15

LA. 31-14

WAS 30-17

The Cubs have picked up 10 games on Milwaukee since the ASB.

Cubs postseason odds are now the highest they've been all year at 98.4%, surpassing April 14's 97.8%.

They had them at 98% in early April? That's seems bold, but it looks authentic now.

Your adjectives sound like they came from a commercial for some shitty beer.
