His top offspeed was supposed to be his change. Looks like it's just taken a step back moreso than they cut it out.

 

I think his issues are more due to a lack of breaking ball and not enough fastball command. He can get over a breaking ball occasionally, but it's not good enough to make hitters chase.

 

They took away his cutter and tried to keep him from throwing the splitter too.
