So, the first tiebreaker for the WBC is RA/9 in the games between tied teams. That means that if the DR loses this game to Colombia(they're up 3-2 Top 7), then in all likelihood they're out as long as the US beats Canada.

 

EDIT: This apparently isn't right, the tiebreaker only determines the winner of the pool(Colombia in this case), and then the other 2 teams play a tiebreaker game. Colombia tied the game in the 7th, it's tied headed to the 9th.
