Cleveland had 16 home games in September. They drew less than 20K in 8 of them including 5 of less than 15K. They had a 3 game series the end of August against the Twins where they couldn't draw 12K to any of the games.

 

It's hard to work baseball tickets and scratch off tickets into the budget when you don't have a job.
