There are only three other parks where the Cubs could possibly have lost more games at than Miller in that time frame so it shouldn't be too surprising. None of the other three teams in the division has had any sort of extended success in that time.

I'm not sure if you noticed, but the Cubs teams from 2010-2014 were quite bad.
