Yeah, I don't know how many times the guy who insists on sharing Trump tweets seemingly can't figured out that these ads are tailored to each person. Somehow, SOMEHOW, I also never get these ads. Weird.

Oh I get them constantly. It's not the getting them that bothers me...it's that they're the only ones that I can't click the X to say I don't like those ads. None of which is Tim's fault.

True. Especially with the new California privacy law I'd guess that's becoming even more of a thing than it already was.

Seems to be working mostly fine on my phone, though looks like a slow day, but when I try to go to the ‘Active Topics’ (most frequent starting point, so it autocompletes on chrome), I get redirected to ‘ww1.northsidebaseball.com’ which isn’t much of anything.

 

Anyone else having this issue or is this something on my/my company’s end?

I was having this issue at home...I thought the site was down. Was surprised to see it was working fine when I came in. I'm gonna mess around with my vpn when I get home and see if it works in some places and not others.

I’ve been having issues every time I’ve tried to come on today. been on, on my home WiFi (never an issue) or mobile data. More than half the time it seems like the domain expired on the page that loads.

There's people on twitter complaining that they can't get on the site so something is definitely broke. It was broke for me when I was connected on VPN but once I disconnected it worked. DNS seems screwed up somewhere.

The domain registration lapsed. Turns out the company I registered with back in 2003 isn't in business as themselves any more.

 

It was a pain to get it squared away. Should be good for five more years, though.

Thanks for taking care of this, Tim! I’m not a computer guy and had no clue what happened. For a while, thought the site was just down. But into day two, started thinking maybe I had some malware. Again, thanks! This is pretty much my only Cubs site other than the Cubs official site.
