So that should have been a no-hitter. And Sammy Sofa thought I was crazy for getting so upset about that ball dropping.

 

IF it makes you feel better nobody cares about combined no-hitters.

quite a difference from last week when people were melting down after dropping the first game of the series to the cards.

Heyward drove some flyballs today. Sure they weren't even hits, let alone HRs, it is just nice that he hit the ball into the gosh danged air. Should be a good summer and fall if he can do that more often

 

Yep. Seeing fly balls is good enough for me, even if they are lazy fly balls. It at least shows me he knows how to do something besides pounding the ball into the ground. Now he just needs to show that he can drive them for extra-bases.
