I will be at this game, and hopefully the other two in the series. Unfortunately, the lack of Jason Heyward will probably limit the number of swastikas I am able to find. I will, however, try to post the most rednecky thing I am able to find. To be fair though, I don't know which fondling couples are brother and sister. Edited by Bull

I miss that baseball races website, where you would press play and all the teams would race past the .500 line to the playoff line... and then the elimination line would run the Cubs over

I was going to make an enron joke with with one of the teams but maybe we'll see it later on the season.

My friends, especially the Cubs fans among them, think I'm nuts for still being so cocky about this team. I'm already starting to hear things like "your cockiness is jinxing us!! They are on a big slide the past week and a half, and obviously it's because of fans like you acting like assholes!!" Cubs fans can be such a bore.

I don't give a horsefeathers if Wainwright proclaimed himself to be "dangerous again." Beat his ass into the ground.

i really can't comprehend people who actually believe superstitious stuff like that.

of course, reverse jinxes absolutely work.

The best part is there is no jinx. Nothing any of us do or don't do leads to the Cubs winning or losing.

It was nice that the hot streak allowed the Cubs to build a nice little cushion and gave the fans a chance to be cocky and complain that just winning no longer was fun and that they needed to win by a lot. I think we all knew it wasn't possible to last forever, so live it up while it's happening.

Although the numbers suggest the Cubs have a 99 percent chance to win the division, I do think we have to be aware of a good Pirates team that also has legit additions they can make to their starting pitching whenever they want.

Someone needs to tell Adam to have more than 1 start this year where he allows less than 3 runs before he calls himself dangerous.

Time to break out of the funk. It begins tonight. We will crush this washed-up scrub. And Lackey will make them weep about the remnants of their starting rotation, as he dominates them again.

Dong early and often, and for three straight days. The past two weeks have been unacceptable.

They could really just increase the column size or reduce the font size for the position listing instead of using a negative kerning for some of the listings.
