Theo is such a badass. The whole article is great with quotes about how the farm is static and will be replenished. He brought up just because you trade a good prospect doesnt mean you wont ever have a good prospect again. You keep developing.

Favorite part is this Mic Drop Quote "but the best part of our farm system right now is at the lower levels, where the talent is emerging, and at the big leagues, where they’re all wearing rings.”

Everyone's going to be like whaaaaaat when the best player from the Cubs' 2017 prospects turns out to be Isaac Paredes.

And when he finds another Torres and Jimenez in IFA when he's able to overspend again in a year or two or whenever it is.

Theo had some event in Chicago today and somehow a guy I know who is up there for some church deal worked security for his line. I told him to stay close to Theo and report back anything funny he heard.

He said one guy asked him to leave Chicago and be the Reds' GM.

Theo's response: "I can't stand three days in Cincinnati."

Committed pretty strongly to Joe next year, and their relationship (spoke out against the Atlantic article this morning).

When asked about the coaches: "Haven't gotten to that point yet."

But he also said he's not sure they will make any changes because continuity is important.

That said, it doesn't really matter, Theo has said everyone is safe before only to make changes.

Doesn't think Bryant needs surgery, but haven't gotten full medical report back.

Please send him to somewhere else to get checked out.
