Oh no doubt he should get strong consideration, and if he's no unanimous 1st team all-B1G it's a joke, but I just don't think they can put him over Valentine when they really get down to it. He's probably been the 2nd best by far though. Uthoff was very good for a stretch, but Iowa collapsing has to kill his chances. Trimble has struggled far too much to be considered for POY. Hayes has been good but not that good. OSU, PU, UM, don't really have any candidates for POY.

they've been ahead or tied with 5 min or less in 7 of their 8 conf losses. three road OT losses, 2 of which Iowa st had the last shot in regulation to win. pretty obnoxious season.

Well, that is good in that I'd love to have him, but bad in that I don't think Groce is the answer and that buys him a few more years while not getting the desired results.

Michigan certainly has the ability to randomly shoot 50% from 3 and steal a win from IU....I know not particularly likely but at least our faint hopes are still alive.
