I know the common sentiment is that the Williams commit (and the injuries) might have bought Groce another year, but I wonder if this rash of criminal behavior might lead to his ouster. Paul, Black, Tate and now Nunn? I know Groce isn't their babysitter, but it's getting ridiculous.

 

It might cost a recruit or two, but I really wouldn't mind if Whitman cans Groce and goes big on another hire right now. Even if Groce gets another year, it just feels like a temporary stay.

Based on his football hire, I would guess Whitman isn't going to settle for another mid-major guy.

Thomas Bryant staying in school! Him and De'Ron Davis will be quite a tandem inside. I am going to assume that Troy Williams comes back also, hope he brings some consistency with him. If he does, Blackmon comes back strong, and Johnson can take over some of Yogi's leadership role at the point....this team could be even better than the team that just finished 9th and lost to the national runner-up, despite losing one of the most prolific players in school history.

Groce has stockpiled some players, and now Goodwin is likely, from what i hear. This could be what Groce needs.

I think he develops ok, Malcolm Hill is miles beyond what he was, for example. I think the X and Os lead a lot to be desired though.
