Just posted to Facebook, anything else to add?

In case you didn't know

1. The Cardinals are under federal investigation.

2. The Cardinals have dedicated their season to a drunk driver who caused his own death and the death of his girlfriend.

3. The Cardinals game 1 starter divorced his wife while she was battling breast cancer.

The Cubs should wear a patch dedicated to Oscar Taveras' girlfriend for the Cardinals series.

The percentages will probably be a bit off but adding together our odds with Pittsburghs, Fangraphs has us at 53.5 percent to beat the Cardinals and 12.1% to win the world series (was 6.5% before the game).

I think you have the starters right. I have no idea how Joe would order them, but yours looks good to me.

Cubs vs Cards in the NLDS for the first time and we have a great chance to beat the piss out of these degenerates. I can't believe this is happening.

If we win this series the 2015 Cubs will definitely be my favorite team ever.

I think they are already there for me. I'm 30, so it's either '98, '03, or '08 for me. I loved 2008, because we just steamrolled through the regular season. 2003 was special because of how close we got. But, '98 really made me a baseball fan for life. I'd always been a Cub fan and played baseball as a kid. But, that season got me hooked.

There's something about this year that has been really great, though. I don't know if it is because it came so fast after a stretch of being horrible, or if it is because of all the young kids, or all the walk-off wins and other exciting games we've had. Probably a combination of a lot of things. I also really like a lot of our players. They seem like a nice group of young men. They have a lot of fun. Maddon's made things fun, too. And we started off kinda slow and then just put the pedal down. There's just a je ne sais quoi there that makes me really love this team.

I'm in a wedding this weekend.... I pray I get good enough cellular coverage to be able to stream Friday and Saturday's game on my phone while I am attempting to attend to my obligations.

Yeah, even when the team wasn't playing all that well at the beginning of the year, they had all those walkoff wins. Then, when the walkoffs mostly disappeared, it didn't matter because we were playing .700 baseball the last 2+ months.
