I'd be pretty surprised at this point if Atlanta does not win more than 7. They have a legitimate shot to start 9-0.

The NFC South winner probably won't be 7-9 if only because they get to play 3 games against the dregs of the AFC South. And those 4 games against the NFC East don't look too taxing either.
